飲水思源，十幾米深的丹江水是啥味道？4月28日，“沿著高速看河南”采訪團來到了南水北調核心水源區—淅川縣，位于淅川九重鎮陶岔村的陶岔渠首樞紐工程也是南水北調中線一期工程輸水總干渠的引水渠首。

2014年12月12日14點32分，南水北調中線一期工程正式開閘通水，甘甜的丹江水一路北上，向河南、河北、北京、天津4個省市沿線20多個城市正式調水，有效緩解了中國北方水資源嚴重短缺的局面。

在丹江風景名勝區，采訪團一行人乘船前往江中，工作人員現場將深水采樣器下潛至十幾米處取水。“這個水常年穩定達到地表水環境質量標準的二類水質，部分因子常年穩定達到一類以上。”取水工作人員介紹。

天然的丹江水到底是啥味道？

“真甜！”品嘗到丹江水后，眾人都不禁稱贊。“水質很軟，和純凈水的口感沒有太大區別。”有人評價。

據當地工作人員介紹，在開閘通水的當天做過一個小實驗，在ntenteditable="false" id="widget_uuid_22" class="correction" data-widget="correction" data-rendered="1" style="position: relative; cursor: default;">?渠?內放了一只塑料玩具小黃鴨，從渠首到渠尾北京團城湖需要14天左右的時間，也就是說，此刻眼前甘甜的丹江水，在15天之后就出現在北京人家的水龍頭里了。

據了解，丹江口水庫水域總面積1050平方公里，其中淅川境內就占了506平方公里，ntenteditable="false" id="widget_uuid_23" class="correction" data-widget="correction" data-rendered="1" style="position: relative; cursor: default;">?近?總面積的48.2%。自通水以來，水庫累計調水360多億立方米，惠及京津冀豫4省1億人，。

為保護水質，自中線工程建設以來，淅川縣先后關停338家高污染、高能耗企業，取締網箱5萬多個、畜禽養殖場600多家（戶），并成立了2000多人的專業護水隊對河道和庫區垃圾進行清理，以此保護水源水質。因優良的水質，丹江口水庫也被稱為“亞洲天池”。

同樣，為避免農業污染、保護水質，位于南水北調中線工程渠首東側，曾靠辣椒產業一舉推動群眾致富的九重鎮張河村，也開始轉變發展思路，放棄了種植過程中會用到大量農藥和化肥的辣椒產業，將全村4600多畝土地全部流轉，栽植軟籽石榴。

通過打造生態循環農業，充分利用土地，使農業增效、農民增收，能夠讓農戶跳出傳統耕作模式。“農民將土地承包給公司，每畝土地一年租金收入達800元左右。”石榴種植基地有關負責人介紹，農戶可以拿到土地流轉、農戶套種補貼、勞務費三級收入。

?農業產業發展的新模式也切實地將利好帶給基層農戶們。“我自己流轉了50畝地，算下來每年都有四萬元的收入。”如今，63歲的石榴種植基地農戶張行國家里置辦了汽車，還翻新了房子。

因種植軟籽石榴，不少群眾收入直線上漲，張河村人均年收入達9200元以上，軟籽石榴成了村民們的“搖錢樹”。
